Discover Root-Cause Healing with Functional Medicine at Holistic Hormone Solutions

At Holistic Hormone Solutions, we specialize in Functional Medicine—a science-backed, patient-centered approach that focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of your symptoms, not just masking them. Whether you're struggling with hormonal imbalances, chronic inflammation, gut health issues, interstitial cystitis, fatigue, or other chronic conditions, our personalized care plans are designed to help you feel like yourself again.

We understand that every body is different. That’s why we take time during your consultation to explore your full health history, lifestyle, and environmental triggers. We use advanced lab testing to uncover what’s really going on inside your body, including:

  • DUTCH testing to assess hormone levels and cortisol patterns

  • GI-MAP testing to evaluate the gut microbiome, digestive function, and inflammation

  • Comprehensive bloodwork to measure thyroid function, nutrient deficiencies, immune markers, and more

By combining in-depth diagnostics with a root-cause approach, we help you regain energy, balance your hormones, improve digestion, and reduce symptoms like bloating, brain fog, low libido, PMS, and mood swings.

If you're looking for a Functional Medicine practitioner in Ontario who listens, cares, and customizes your care—you're in the right place.
