Meet Noha Zaghlol, Nurse Practitioner & Founder of Holistic Hormone Solutions

Hi, I’m Noha Zaghlol—a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people reclaim their energy, balance their hormones, and feel like themselves again. My journey into healthcare has been both professional and deeply personal. After years of navigating my own health challenges, including fatigue, pain, hormone imbalance, and autoimmune disease, I discovered the power of Functional Medicine—and it changed everything.

I began my career in Emergency Medicine after graduating from the University of Ottawa in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I went on to earn a Critical Care Certificate, a Master of Science in Nursing, and my Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner certification. But it wasn’t until I faced my own health struggles that I truly understood how conventional medicine often misses the big picture.

That’s when I turned to Functional Medicine. Through advanced training with the Institute for Functional Medicine, I found the tools that helped me heal—and I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same.

At Holistic Hormone Solutions, I specialize in uncovering the root causes of chronic symptoms, especially those related to hormone imbalances, inflammation, and autoimmune conditions. I provide personalized care for conditions like PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis, hypothyroidism, and more. I also offer Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), Testosterone Replacement, LDN and Regenerative Medicine therapies to help optimize how you feel as you age.

I believe that many of the symptoms we’ve come to accept as “normal”—like brain fog, bloating, fatigue, low libido, painful periods, or hot flashes—are actually signs that your body is asking for support. And with the right approach, healing is possible.
